WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS?
-Responsible for creating excellent brand and campaign design across our channels
-Conceptualization and creation of projects showing excellent visual storytelling skills for both digital and print ads and campaigns
-Creating print design assets matching our premium brand
-Drive projects from start to finish, working collaboratively across our creative and marketing team on ideation, creation and production. This creative responsibility will ensure solutions are realised and delivered to the highest-quality of creative standards
-Establish and maintain our brand design standards, systems and guidelines in every project you touch, creating coherent messaging across all markets
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING IN
-Minimum 5+ years of professional experience within the disciplines of visual design, communication design and brand identity
-Experience in a multi-disciplinary in-house or agency team setting
-Contemporary visual-design background with extensive brand, print and digital experience; SoMe, display, and CRM channels as well as comfortable with image retouch
-Knowledge in moving pictures and interactive media, such as motion design or video editing
-A pixel perfect design approach, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure consistently high quality in creative output.
-Strong communication skills- verbal, visual and presentation
-Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software, including video editing & Sketch
-Ideal: Fluent in German / English
