WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS?
-Work on daily support and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
-Manage all support requests and users’ administrative needs
-Administer licensing and track usage metrics for reporting and oversight
-Customize roles, profiles, and security settings
-Manage data updates to ensure cleanliness and correctness
-Perform basic Salesforce trainings for new employees
-Work closely with software engineering team and product managers to deliver new changes to production and to maintain test environments
-Configure and maintain integrations with external systems, provide technical support for these integrations and systems
-Participate in regular team meetings
-Maintain system documentation and SFDC policies and procedures
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING IN
-1+ year of experience as a Salesforce administrator
-Strong communication skills in German and English. You can explain a frustrated user in a polite and sensitive way how to solve their problem. If quick solution is not possible, you can explain what can be done to help them doing their job until the problem is gone.
-Good organizational skills. You like to structure your work and prepare and communicate your plans to the management and other people.
-Good time management. You are careful and realistic with your estimates and priorities.
-You understand information security and can apply this knowledge in practice.
Preferred qualifications
-Programming experience on Apex, JavaScript, SQL or Java
