Magento 2 Backend Developer
Be part of the birth of an exciting innovative Lingerie e-commerce company.

We are recruiting a passionate Magento Backend Developer who loves ecommerce applications. You will be taking part in the development of the Magento 2 version of the CL website (www.cl-brands.com), one of the strategic ecommerce projects of the CL group, currently running Magento 1.

What we are looking for:

Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Knowledge about professional software engineering e.g. SOLID-principles, clean code, separation of concerns
3 years+ practical experience of PHP development
2 years+ practical experience of Magento 2 development
Proficient in investigation of issues with Xdebug, APMs, or other runtime debugging tools
Proficient in working with RDBMS through ORM, being able to investigate and work on query optimisation
Proficient in Git and GitHub or BitBucket
You have excellent English-language skills to work in an international team

What would be some extra advantage:

Practical experiences of Laravel (5) or/and Symphony (2)
Familiar with native Magento 2.x JS codebase
Experience with migration from Magento 1 to Magento 2
Practical experiences of MongoDB, DynamoDB or other NoSQL solution
Practical experiences of GraphQL
Practical experiences of Less, SASS
Experience working with CI / CD pipeline tools

What you’ll do:

Agile development of digital applications with an E-Commerce focus
Work closely with product team and explain technical concepts in a clear way
Highlight any issues and strive to resolve them autonomously
Generate and continuously maintain technical documentations
Write Magento 2 modules, integrate with external systems, and other software
