Our team is looking for QA/Support Engineer. You will be a reliable point of contact for our word class product driving maintenance, bug fixes, customer issues and improvements to create a better user experience. Performing tests on the system to ensure thats it is working properly and reporting any issues to the development team and helping to follow item through its lifecycle to ensure that any issues are resolved correctly.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure quality of releases and a great customer experience of the company products. - Continuously collaborate with all parties in a product team to ensure excellence - Responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Help to develop policies and procedures to support and strengthen the business. - Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of commercial experience in Software QA/Support - Experience with Java - Affinity towards software development, maintenance - Post Production deployment validations - Clear communication in dealing with different stakeholders - Analytical, troubleshooting, organizational and problem solving skills - Ability to work with minimal guidance and startup enthusiastic - A team player, good time management skills and great interpersonal skills
