    About the role:

    The role of the Solution Engineer (m/f/d) is to work with your colleagues to find the answers they need to help them deliver first-class Near Me brand experiences to their customers. Being able to understand the world of local search and customer behaviours to articulate unique, strategic solutions that work across 1st, 2nd and 3rd Party solutions for all Enterprise customers.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Solution Engineers demonstrate the Uberall solutions to prospects by building a business case to support investment in them
    • Solution Engineers form relationships with the digital marketing leaders and IT teams of the prospect
    • Solution Engineers understand the metrics of the existing digital marketing campaigns, and how these can be improved using Uberall solutions
    • Solution Engineers also represent the Uberall brand and solutions at marketing events and seminar
    • Where relevant, Solution Engineers also work with Uberall partners who resell the solutions, to help educate them on how best to position, demonstrate, and talk about Uberall solutions
    • Internally, Solution Engineers work with Customer Success to feedback what prospects and customers are saying about our solutions to the Product Management team, to ensure that Uberall solutions develop the capabilities that are required in the market
    • Solution Engineer also works with the Sales & Marketing leadership to develop relevant campaigns to position the Uberall solutions in the market
    • Solution Engineers work with the Sales Operations team to craft responses to the Solution sections of RFI’s and RFP’s when required

    Your profile:

    • You have a strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO, developed via roles working on developing digital strategies for a brand in-house, or at an agency, or whilst working as a supplier of other digital marketing technologies. You should have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in one or more of these types of organisation
    • You are comfortable presenting to C-Level audiences, as an expert on your topic, and engaging in debate about the merits of different digital marketing strategies. Furthermore, you are not scared of working with SQL and HTML
    • You are a graduate, ideally with a degree in business, marketing, or technical discipline
    • Due to your business model knowledge, you can guide the customers’ business strategy, and digital marketing initiatives, in order to help the customer build a business case justifying their investment in Uberall solutions
    • You are self-motivated and able to work autonomously to find solutions to complex problems
    • Whilst not needing to be a technical expert, you have a solid understanding of technology and how SaaS solutions like Uberall’s are designed, delivered and supported. (relevant technical education will be provided where required)
    • Previous experience of working as a Solution Engineer / Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant for a software company is an advantage, but not a requirement
    • Fluency in more than one language is a plus (German/English/French/Polish)
