    Your responsibilities:

    • As Sales Development Representative (m/f/d), you are part of the sales organization and support us in further expanding our European market leadership
    • You act as the most important link between the marketing and sales department and you are in constant contact with customers, be it by phone, email or social selling tools - your goal is to engage the potential customers in the process with our sales consultants to win this final for Uberall
    • Conduct thorough company-specific research to identify use cases and to understand how Uberall offers added value to our customers.
    • You work closely with our marketing and sales teams to help continuously improve team performance.
    • As the first point of contact for potential new customers at Uberall, the impression you leave behind is crucial
    • Learn to leverage the latest sales techniques and technologies.
    • Your territory is 150-250 accounts in DACH with ideal customer profile of 50 to 5,000 locations.
    • You can continue in Sales as a Business Development Manager or Coach, or as an Account Executive and later as a Sales Manager.

    Your first 3-6 months:

    • You get to know the Uberall products and their advantages.
    • You will get to know our CRM Salesforce, scripts and product information.
    • You build relationships with your colleagues in the field of Inside, Field and Sales Engineering.
    • You take every opportunity to learn the market and the business.
    • Consistent adherence to the goals for setting the first presentation.

    6-18 months:

    • You build on your core competencies and your product/industry knowledge.
    • You are beginning to broaden your knowledge of the responsibilities of Inside Sales.
    • You work with mentors to set goals for you and work together on your next career steps.

    Your profile:

    • You would like to gain experience in a Business Development or Sales role, preferably in Digital Marketing or other SaaS Solutions
    • You have relevant working experience, with motivation for sales
    • You have an energetic modern approach to sales
    • You are a creative and independent thinker
    • You are a team player who enjoys working with others as well as friendly with each other
    • You speak German on a native level and English business-fluent
