Job description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's global business development efforts in Switzerland
- Lead the business development in Switzerland to acquire new real-estate contracts
- Engage and maintain partnerships with advertising agencies
- Develop the marketing & communication strategy in Switzerland
- Manage operationally the installation projects with real-estate partners
- Sustain and extend the good relationships with the suppliers, quality and testing of the deliveries
- Support the management of the procurement and supply chain of charging stations
- Be the customer-facing relay for operational and technical issues
- Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments
- Collaborate with the management team to shape the vision of the company and recruit an A team to scale the business
Profile:
- Advanced degree in engineering or general management from a top European business or engineering schools
- Considerable experience in running businesses and specifically startups
- Initiatives taker, very independent to run business development and operations. Capable of running high-stake meetings and negotiate.
- Enough technical knowledge to answer basic questions
- Strong management and interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate smoothly with your team and the rest of the management
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a creative approach to problem solving and a strong work ethic
- Hands on person with ability to get his hands dirty when needed
- Bilingual in German and English
