【Objectives of this Role】

• Create product concepts and Colour, Material, Finish (CMF) stories working directly with the Industrial Design (ID) team.
• Manage product execution, working directly on site at factory and vendors (create and review limit boards and master samples).
• Perform materials and trends research to look for innovations in the industry.
• CMF vendor relationship maintenance - Explore new material & finish treatment research & study.
  

【Skills and Qualifications】

• Bachelor degree or above with at least three years of experience in CMF or related industry.
• Ability to explore and analyze potential CMF technologies, design experiment in detail and execute with or without other members to find out the solutions.
• Ability to transfer intangible feelings or concepts into tangible CMF expression -Good presentation skill.
• Knowledge and understanding of product design issues and needs.
• Good efficiency, well self-organized, willing to share and work with others.
• Language: Good in Mandarin and English communication.
