【Job Description】　
1. Write well-thought-out, maintainable code and API.　
2. Integrate third-party APIs (mainly social network APIs) and multi-data sources.　
3. Analyze chat conversations to gather insights for improving chatbot experiences and increasing the understanding of users.　
4. Create and maintain optimal data pipeline for collecting conversational data.　
5. Research, select and implement appropriate AI solutions or ML algorithms for given problems.　
6. Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results.　
7. Dive deep into the design and implementation of scalable software at all aspects of development.　
8. Participate in our agile processes, working towards, and contributing to, the goals and vision of our roadmap.　
9.Communicate technical decisions through design docs, tech talks, and code reviews.　
10. Collaborate with product, design, and business development teams to find innovative solutions to problems.　
　
【Qualification】　
1. 3+ years of experience in software development, and familiar with Python or Rails.　
2. 1+ years of experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.　
3. Good understanding of database design and experience with RDBMS, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.　
4. Knowledge of chatbot platforms and at least 1 year of experience in developing social media (Facebook, Line, etc.) chatbot.　
5. Ability to understand and explain complex issues and clearly identify and communicate the situation at a high level.　
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries and deliver business insights.　
7. Ability to propose solutions for problems.　
　
【Plus】
1. Experience with Google Cloud data services(BigQuery, Cloud Pub/Sub, Datastore, etc.)　
2. Good understanding of machine learning models and related mathematics.　
3. Experience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries.　
4. Experience in training and deploying CV or NLP/NLU models.　
5. Experience in examining a model in production, to understand where the areas of opportunity are to improve performance.

As an AI & chatbot developer for Shoplus, you will be responsible for proposing AI-based solutions for solving real-world problems as well as developing, modifying, maintaining and retraining chatbot and machine learning models.
　
The AI & chatbot engineer is an integral member of our product development team. You will work in an agile environment and with collaborators who are distributed across multiple ASEAN countries.
