WE NEED YOU ON OUR TEAM! 

All our outstanding solutions and happy customers are looking for a Parcel Perform counterpart that can assist in their onboarding, keeps a close eye on their account and advises them on further potential use cases to expand their feature use on the platform. If you have knowledge/an interest in the arena of tech SaaS products, B2B sales, and account management experience and are ready to go above and beyond for our clients, this role might be for you.

In short, you will be the key driver for Parcel Perform success in the following ways:

• Managing relationships and processes in the onboarding of clients: Onboarding of new customers can involve multiple parties on their and our side. We are looking for a well organised Account Management Executive that can be a knowledgeable counterpart to guide them through the onboarding process and service them throughout their Parcel Perform journey.
• Manage portfolio of existing customers to make them successful: You build strong long-term relationships with stakeholders, being the first point of contact for any of their inquiries. You will establish a trusted/strategic adviser relationship with each customer and drive continued value of Parcel Perform’s products and services. As part of your role, you will work with customers to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their business goals. Ensuring you are aware of all competitive activities within accounts and work with the customer success team to prevent attrition.
• Leverage upsell opportunities: You love advising customers on new features and use cases within our platform to drive our upsell opportunity into new features or higher subscriptions and convert existing customers to annual subscriptions.

In summary, you will be a business-critical part of our team, focusing on the customers and making them successful in order to cater to the long-term growth of Parcel Perform. Your strong organization and writing-skills as well as your high interpersonal competence will ensure our constant customer growth.

• Experience navigating through multiple decision makers and influencers within a corporate environment
• World-class interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to effortlessly make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple
• Exceptional fluency and articulation in English (both spoken and written)
• Highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
• Strong team player but still a self-starter
• Well structured with the ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects/deals at the same time
• High interpersonal skills, ability to identify the needs of our prospects
