What you'll do if you join us
1.Perform on-site installation, infrastructure provisioning, smoke testing, and running configurations for WIZ AI platform;
2.Manage, monitor and maintain the SaaS or on-premise AI system, resolve the reported issues and conduct regular system inspection for customers;
3.Ensure customer satisfaction in the software use, operation and maintenance, through demonstrations, orientation, and direct training;
4.Involve in the deployment and integration solution design for large enterprise customer;
5.Involve in the development and implementation of the automatic monitoring and maintenance for WIZ AI platform;
6.Provide internal IT technical support for WIZ Singapore Office.
What you should bring to the table
1.Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related specialties;
2.At least 3 years of relevant experience in x86 server operation and maintenance;
3.Strong knowledge in computer software and hardware; familiar with the installation, configuration and maintenance of Linux system; master the Linux commands and shell scripts;
4.Well verse in network and TCP/IP, HTTP, UDP, etc. and able to do troubleshoot and resolve network issues;
5.Practical experience in docker application, and transfer existing services to docker containerization;
6.Experience and good knowledge in Plus Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Redis and other open-source components in typical system deployment will be an advantage;
7.Excited to work in a startup, fast-paced environment; strong interest in exploring new technologies and good team-working spirit.
