Job description
One metric that matters: Monthly Recurring Revenue
- Work directly with business owners in analyzing their HR, Payroll and Employee Benefit requirements, and show them how Swingvy can meet their unique needs and concerns
- Become a product expert, able to walk business owners through the full Swingvy experience and show them how it will simplify their lives
- Drive revenue by navigating the customer buying process, engaging key stakeholders, and ultimately closing the deal
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Build sales pipeline using social selling, and cold calling methodologies
- Build and establish business partnerships with various companies, associations, chambers, HR experts, accountant agencies, insurance agents and any other bodies and entities which could bring common interest and sales opportunities
- Support marketing and customer success functions
Basic Requirements
- 3-7 years of business development experience
- Excellent written, verbal communication, negotiation and client-facing skills
- The ability to close deals with clients, including cold leads
- Experience with CRM software
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- A proven track record in strong presentation skills
- Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment

Bonus points
- Business Development experience in B2B, SaaS, HR sector, HRTech, InsureTech
- Prior experience at a start-up working in a hyper-growth environment
- Knowledge of HR, payroll, and employee benefits
- Experience with B2B or SaaS business and product
