    Help launch global Visitor Management Scale-Up in Singapore. 

    After global success serving top companies ranging from AirBNB to BCG, Proxyclick is expanding its presence in APAC. You'll be the third pair of "boots on the ground," so will have a voice in shaping our local strategy. 

    Based in Singapore - under a contractor status - you will be handling business development for the APAC and Middle East markets, reporting into our regional head of sales.

    You will be responsible for three core activities:

    • Hunting new leads for Account Executives
    • Responding to inbound queries in a rapid manner and qualifying opportunities for Account Executives
    • Growing and enabling our local ecosystem of partners

    This is a new position that requires a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and a continuous improvement mindset. You will be part of a fast-growing team eager to transform offices for the 21st Century.

    Role And Responsibilities:

    • Achieving/exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (opportunities created, calls, meetings, etc.)
    • Help build solid prospecting campaigns through a set of tools to help with your outreach efforts
    • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve the effectiveness of your campaigns
    • Make outbound calls and emails
    • Accountable for both account expansion for some of our biggest clients and creating new client engagement
    • Rapidly respond to inbound requests, qualifying and building the first level of rapport
    • Build out local partner enablement programs, helping to create a vibrant PropTech community for Proxyclick in APAC and the Middle East
    • Managing prospecting status, data integrity, and forecasting in HubSpot

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in outbound prospecting is a must
    • A never give up attitude, where you celebrate the wins and move past the losses
    • Hands-on experience with demand generation tools, CRM systems and sales automation software
    • Expertise in understanding data, analyzing results, and optimizing for scale
    • Great listening skills and curiosity to uncover insights and commonalities about clients needs and pain points
    • Rigorous and determined
    • Must have perfect English communication skills, both verbally and in writing
    • Post-secondary degree
    • Previous experience in B2B SaaS scale-up is a plus
    • Quick self-starter, pro-active, entrepreneurial attitude
    • You have the ability to learn quickly and think on your feet
    • You have a strong passion for sales and sales processes
    • Your go-getter attitude finding ways to motivate yourself and your teammates
    • Authorization to work in Singapore
    • Fluency in a second language a plus (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa, Arabic, etc.)
    • Preferred full time, but 80% is a possibility
