    Automation Developer / Bot Developer

    At KeyReply, we're looking for sharp, driven and autonomy-loving team member to join our team to further build our unique artificial intelligence and automation solutions to enterprises and governments who believe in investing in the future.

    KeyReply is already a brand in the market, with customers ranging from the government of Singapore to clients in e-commerce, insurance, pharmaceuticals and publishing, among others. You will be joining our core team to shape and ship our product to more customers in the region and beyond.

    Key Responsibilities 

    You are: The Head Honcho Who Makes Things Happen

    This role is a hybrid between project operations and software engineering. You need to know enough technical knowledge to understand how to create a bot for the intended purpose. At the same time, you need to interact with clients and think from the client's perspective to build a bot that suits their needs and maximise the potential of chat-bot automation for their organisation.

    · You will be in charge of driving projects with clients.

    · Conduct business analysis with the clients, understand the challenges they face, the systems they use and design solutions with our technology to execute the project.

    · You will be designing the automation workflows, training the machine learning models and work with clients closely to build, launch, monitor and improve the bots post launch.

    · You will be handling clients' data, and effectively strategize the training methods for a scalable and efficient deployment.

    · You will handle regular training of live bots to optimize for performance.

    · You will be in charge of training clients and preparing documentation for platform and customer support.

    · Internally, you will work closely with the software engineers to deliver the project.

    · You will be building demos for sales activities.

    · You will be assisting the project manager for project reporting and administration.

    · You will be managing the projects using the Agile methodology.  

    Key Qualifications

    · A logical and sharp thinker who is able to ask the right questions to guide clients to make effective decisions.

    · Interest in Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing.

    · Must be a self starter who thrives on constantly improving our clients' bots and our platform.

    · Comfortable with client facing

    · English is a must and other multiple languages will be a huge advantage 

    · Front end programming experience

    · Microsoft Power BI/Tableau will be a plus 

    · Experience in insurance, banking, healthcare and HR industry will be a plus
