Responsibilities and Duties
Work with Leadbook and Leadbook’s customers to create and run digital marketing campaigns, including:
● Collaborate in concept development and design ideation cross-functionally to help define a creative strategy
● Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web experiences, across all campaign assets (emails, forms, landing pages, etc.)
● Copywriting according to brand requirements and proofreading
● Ensure optimisation and responsiveness for campaign assets
● Monitor performance of campaign assets, review opportunities for performance optimisation, and execute revisions
Qualifications and Skills
● Bachelor degree or Master degree in Art, Design, Marketing, IT or other related fields
● 4 years experience with B2B marketing, specifically high-tech products/services
● Experience working for technology and/or marketing agencies will be preferred
● In-depth understanding of design for marketing purposes
● In-depth understanding of digital marketing, and some knowledge of omnichannel marketing
● Have an eye for visual design, abreast of digital trends and have an innate desire to utilise these trends in design work
● Excellent creative writing abilities - ability to clearly and succinctly communicate ideas
● Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
● Fluent in HTML, CSS and Javascript
● Fluency in PHP is a bonus
● Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and balance multiple, disparate workstreams
