Job Description:

• Works effectively with team members, cross-functional teams, and various stakeholders to establish and accomplish team and priorities/objectives.  
• Analysis, reporting, and presenting findings and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct and lead research using a variety of different quantitative and qualitative research methods  
• Generate actionable insights that explore broad understandings and evaluate product experiences both on the consumer and internal customer side;  
• Stay on top of changing technologies, best practices in UX research and design, as well as industry standards to ensure leading-edge interpretation and execution of design applications
• Understands user-centered design practices and knows how to embed them into an agile workflow to deliver timely findings

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of work experience in user research and market research.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, including experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices.
• Internet, e-commerce, consulting or design agency experience
• Strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase.
• Excellent working knowledge of statistics and the principles of experiment design.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English Speaker
