Job Description: 

• Assess and manage team performance through staff meetings, one on one, and quarterly assessments
• Partnering with product and business leaders on creating and supporting the Product Group OKRs with analytics
• Manages multiple stakeholders appropriately and with timeliness, driving collaboration  
• Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data to improve the business process  
• Provide insights, recommendations, and strategies to enhance the operational delivery of BI solutions, and technical directions
• Be the expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance in each of our markets and lines of business.
• Partner with management and operational teams to deep dive into core issues and use our data to find answers.

 

Requirement: 

• Bachelor degree in IT, IS, or Computer Science or Master
• Minimum 5-year experience in a related position
• Strong in analytical thinking, modeling, and problem-solving skills to create data-driven insights
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Results and detail orientated with a strong emphasis on problem-solving
• Proficiency in SQL query
• Experience with looker and Metabase
• A desire to analyze and improve products is a must
• Have fast learning capability and natural curiosity about data
• Have good sense of ownership
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
