Engineering Manager - PT Nusa Satu Inti Arta｜Meet.jobs

· Lead and manage the Engineering team to deliver software, infrastructure, and architecture that meets the needs of users;

· Working closely with the product owner to develop a solution for our customers and for ensuring that products meet design requirements and deliver a consistent experience for users

· Working closely with TechOps to maintain the application in our infrastructure

· Collaborating with the appropriate functions and users to evaluate and identify technology platforms;

· Guide the team through new tech processes along with carrying out managerial roles;

· Maintaining technology compliance with quality standards

· Recommends new technology and ideas to improve sprints and efficiency

· Oversee front-end and back-end development teams and their projects.

· Mentoring junior developers to develop their skills

· Recommends new technology and ideas to improve sprints and efficiency

 

Requirements :

· Bachelors/Master Degree in Computer Science, Informatics Technology, Systems Information or any related major

· Have minimum 4 years experiences related to software engineering

· Have experience working with start-up company/environment is an advantage

· Experiences with scrum and agile methodology

· Experience and proficient with iOS. Android, REACT Native, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, AJAX, JQuery, JSON

· Experience in JavaScript framework: ReactJS or VueJS

· Experience in HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap

· Experience in Open Source technologies and Linux operating system

· Proficient understanding of testing frameworks and tools

· Proficient understanding with database (structure, optimization, tuning) and application architecture

· Experience with AWS, AZURE and Google Cloud Environment and setting up those environments

· Experience with scaling web application

· Experiences in deploying an app to production environment 

· Passionate as a problem solver and like to learn new things

· Excellent managerial skills (technical, interpersonal, conceptual)
