Head of IT - Danabijak｜Meet.jobs

We’re looking for a Head of IT to join Danabijak’s growing team! This is a unique opportunity to bring your ideas and expertise to define the vision, delivering the plan, and building a motivated team. 

Your mission:

To create and maintain a scalable, regulatory-compliant platform underpinned by the underlying processes and procedures to provide our clients with a secure, resilient service. 

Some of your key focus areas will be:

Develop a roadmap for Danabijak’s IT within 100-days. 

Build and maintain an appropriate out- and insourced team to execute on roadmap with limited resources.

Create and implement IT Security in accordance with industry standards and best practices within 1-year.

Manage relationships with business partners, regulators and banks in IT and related issues.

· Establish Network Operations Centre (NOC) Manage & optimize cloud servers in AliCloud

· Improve and strengthen IT resilience

· Ensure that regulatory requirements are achieved

· Manage software development locally and off-shore in Europe

· Bring a rigorous approach to development and testing of software

A bit about you:

IT professional with 7+ years’ experience in the industry (preferably financial services).

Familiarity with relevant IT governance and security standards (ITIL v3.0, ISO27001, PCI DSS, COBIT, etc.).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline or
 equivalent work experience; Master’s degree highly desirable.

Some extra skills that would be awesome:

Expertise in AliCloud or any other cloud servers.

Passion for financial services, micro finance, and process optimization.
