Operations Executive (HK) - Novelship｜Meet.jobs

This role will be based in Hong Kong

Novelship is seeking a Operations Executive to join our team in Hong Kong. You will work directly with the COO on sourcing and procurement. You will also be co-creating our procurement strategy within and working with the operations team to fulfill orders internationally.

In this role you will:

• Assist in Incorporation of Novelship in Hong Kong
• Set up and manage procurement accounts and procurement channels
• Collaborate with COO to connect procurement with shipping and logistics
• Source and negotiate with local and international logistics providers to supply different shipping and delivery routes
• Recruit and train operations staff to handle inbound to outbound of products
• Update and manage product inventory
• Ensure consistency between product shipment and order details, i.e. SKU, size, condition, original packaging, etc

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, extremely fast-paced tech start-up environment
• Knowledge of sneakers and streetwear is a huge plus
