Job description:

• Managing the company’s CRM system
• Obtaining individual’s data from pension providers
• Analysing pension data
• Helping with the customer relationship helpline (Email/Webchat/Phone)
• Web content management
• Social media content management

Qualities we are looking for:

• Understanding of pension / investment market (nice to have)
• Knowledge of Google analytics / analytical tools
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong communication skills
