    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    Cialfo's business development team is hyper-focused on growing sustainably with flair. We support all departments, helping to accelerate projects and establish new relationships. On top of our focus to establish Cialfo as a loved global brand, our business development team is passionate about helping our partner schools have the best college application experience possible.

    We are looking for a passionate sales leader to advocate for our new and growing product . As a trusted global platform, it is our responsibility to establish meaningful relationships with key private schools; and manage new and existing relationships to deliver a mutually trusting and successful partnership.

    This role includes strategic planning, consultative selling, brainstorming, expert product knowledge, project management, analysis, storytelling and delivering on the brand's business objectives.

    The ideal candidate will enjoy and excel at the following:

    Manager:

    Researching and establishing new leads with potential clients within the private or public schools sector

    Accountable for achieving sales and new partnerships

    Communicate status of sales with CSMs and all departments

    Maintain all communication, notes and tasks from clients within the CRM (Salesforce) following the pipeline stages

    Create contracts and invoices for new clients

    Create and manage email campaigns

    REQUIREMENTS:

    3-8 years of meaningful experience in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably within the education industry

    Proven track record of selling software into large accounts and achieving personal and team goals

    Bachelor’s degree or higher

    High attention to detail and willingness to learn

    Excellent writing and presentation skills

    Experience using G-Suite (Google Drive, Calendars, Docs, Spreadsheet and Slides) and a CRM (Salesforce)

    Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor

    Excels in maintaining good relationships with partners and clients

    GREAT TO HAVE

    Passion for the education industry and has served schools

    Experience with asynchronous teams. We live, talk, and type all over the world

    Experience in building and growing regional sales teams

    An in-depth understanding of the educational technology landscape

    Knowledge of admission’s counselling

    Strong knowledge of UK and US high school education systems
