    Job description

We're looking for a mental healthcare professional to join our team in London.

Limbic is on a mission to model human psychology. In doing so, we're solving the biggest problems in psychological therapy today. Combining artificial intelligence with beautiful digital product design, we're making it easier than ever for patients to provide their clinicians with high quality data.

We're growing quickly and we're backed by Europe's leading start-up accelerator, Entrepreneur First, and Google. We’ve also received investment from VC, Angels, the European Commission, and Innovate UK.

It’s challenging. We’re ambitious. And we’re supporting one another to achieve our best and make real impact in the world.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - Use your clinical experience and network to support product development. (What should Limbic be building? What are the biggest problems to solve in psychological therapy? How can we solve these?)
    - Create and manage relationships with clients in healthcare. (Who should Limbic be working with?)
    - Support the running of pilot projects with clinical partners. (Designing study protocol, obtaining ethical approval, navigating the regulatory procedures, and ensuring a successful trial).
    - Content creation. We need psychoeducational materials for our mobile app and assistance creating weekly CBT digests for our clinician user group.
    - Hold structured interviews with end users (patients) and clients (therapists et al).
    - Participate in strategy meetings. (Clinical go-to-market, roadmap, regulations etc.)
    - Act as clinical safety officer to oversee the clinical risk assessment of our products
    - Advise the team using your unique clinical perspective. (How should Limbic be thinking about things?)
    - Liaise directly with the CEO and CTO

    EXPERIENCE:

    - A doctorate in a relevant clinical field (Clinical Psychology, Psychiatry, Medicine etc.)
    - Experience delivering CBT in the UK. NHS and private practice would be preferred.
    - A current active professional registration .
    - Enthusiasm and motivation to solve problems without explicit direction from senior team members.
    - A professional and personable behaviour when dealing with clients.
    - General innovation. We care deeply about intellectual culture at Limbic. We all have the same goals, and we all get a say in how best to achieve these. Get creative!

    YOU SHOULD APPLY IF:

    - You're excited by our vision at Limbic.
    - You believe in the company and want to grow with us.
    - You believe the mental health industry needs to change and CAN be disrupted.
    - You can move fast and get stuff done. (You don’t just take ‘no’ for an answer).
    - You’re ready to apply your clinical knowledge to help Limbic navigate the healthcare landscape.
    - You want to see your work being used in the real world, benefitting people’s lives.
    - You want to make a name for yourself at the leading edge of AI.
