Job description

We believe shared cars are a better way to move around, and offer  more flexibility and more convenience than traditional car ownership. We are already the #1 P2P car rental marketplace in Europe, and we believe the adoption will be 100 times larger in just a few years. We are present in several countries, have great mobile apps, and kick-ass hardware. And we’re just getting started.

Your main role is to design, deploy, and manage our CRM strategy - for both Supply & Demand sides. Your goal will be to increase our customers’ loyalty and repeat business rates and to engage them while respecting our brand’s identity and specificities.  

You have a global position, managing CRM for several countries and you will report to Diane, our CMO.  

Responsibilities

Customer segmentation & CRM campaigns’ conceptualisation:

  • Segment and target our customer database in order to deliver value to all
  • For each target, create segmented CRM campaigns
  • Optimisation of our customers’ relationship with our brand
  • Analyse data from campaigns’ performance and improve campaigns’ concept & design accordingly
  • Complement frequent quantitative analyses with one-off qualitative surveys
  • Gather and share customer insights that could bring new ideas and initiatives

Profile

  • 3+ years experience in CRM management in a C2C or B2C environment
  • Master from a top Business/Engineering School or equivalent
  • Great knowledge of Excel, Analytics, and at least 1 Email Service Provider
  • Passionate about analysis: you know when and how to use numbers
  • Achieve goals by taking ownership and prioritising
  • Creative: you know which visuals or call to actions would look great in an email
  • Fluent in English
