CFTE is looking for a People & Talent Analyst to put our team on rockets. You’ll work directly with the senior Management on acquiring the right talent, create the right environment for the team to deliver great work as well as building the tracks for the company and Talent’s exponential growth. You will be at the crossroads of People, Culture, Organisation, Operations and Growth. You will be elementary in shaping CFTE’s team for an exponential impact. You are a problem solver, you love people and career paths, and you build processes that scale. Empathy and Care are your middle names.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Own the recruitment pipeline: refine the talent acquisition process and enable the growth of our teams in London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi and more. Refine the onboarding process to positively impact the new starter experience Design team activities, perks and behaviours enabling bonding, diffusion of CFTE’s values and happiness in the offices. Implement a team learning agenda and exponential career tracks through performance reviews and adaptive support Manage payrolls and refine our compensation matrix to accompany our growth
