Machine learning Javascript Engineer - Beamery｜Meet.jobs

About you:

We're looking for someone that loves Machine Learning, and Javascript, as well as a challenge, and who is passionate about building awesome products.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining applications and APIs, including:
- Javascript web and mobile applications
- Model contacts to create an extensive representation of relevant contact information, using a controlled vocabulary to disambiguate data sources
- Design relational/interconnected contact networks to gauge strength and relevance of connections and contacts
- Design and develop recommendation engines and automated messaging systems
- Work with product and design team to analyse usage and participate in UI and UX planning and implementation

Education expected:
Bachelors in Computer Science or related field

Skills needed:

Front-end - require extensive experience in:
Angular.JS, Other Javascript MVC frameworks (React/Ember/Backbone), Gulp, Large applications experience - optimisation + performance

Backend - require extensive experience in:
NodeJS, MongoDB, RESTful APIs,

Other required knowledge domains - extensive experience in:
Information Retrieval/Scraping
Semantic Web
Machine Learning
Modular development
Socket.io or alternatives
Jenkins
Open source npm packages
3rd party APIs (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, ...)
Agile Software Development, SCRUM
