    The Role:
    Bang Curry are looking for a multitasking Marketing Executive to take over day to day control of our eCommerce, social, CRM and digital marketing campaigns.
    You’re a “doer” who really understands digital marketing and is excited by the opportunity to step up and take ownership of the full marketing mix. You are confident and pro-active, with an understand of business priorities and how marketing can have a direct impact on the bottom line.
    You will take marketing campaigns from idea through to execute and optimisation, working across all channels to engage new customers, building loyalty and driving ROI. Working across multiple projects and to tight deadlines, you’ll need great organisational skills and the ability to keep one eye on the detail - delivering campaigns that delight our customers.

    Key responsibilities:
    From generating engaging copy for our website and emails to creating imagery and videos for our social channels, the way we present our brand to the outside world will sit in your hands, as our primary brand ambassador.
    • Become owner of the brands tone and visual style.
    • Create engaging copy and visual content, including video and banner ads, distributing and amplifying them across the full communication mix.
    • Take ownership of the Bang Curry website, optimise the user experience, increase engagement and drive conversion rates.
    • Manage our new Amazon Marketplace shop, deliver campaigns that drive sales and reviews.
    • Become the voice of Bang Curry’s blog and social channels, (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter) finding and creating relevant social content, building the community and commercialising those channels.
    • Run marketing campaigns and optimise sales across the AdWords ecosystem.
    • Take ownership of our CRM, engaging with the ‘Bang Family’ and encourage them to make repeated purchases.
    • Set-up, manage, optimise and report on all marketing activity.
    • Experience in influencer marketing a bonus.

    What we’re looking for:
    We’re looking for someone with the right skillset and attitude to succeed in a young and fast-growing business. Ideally, you will:
    • Have a marketing degree preferably with 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Have strong copy-writing skills, as comfortable writing a blog or Facebook post as crafting AdWords ad copy.
    • Be confident creating engaging imagery and video content (Adobe photoshop/Sketch).
    • Have a strong understanding of all social media platforms and Google Ads.
    • Confidence in using email automation platforms (e.g. Mailchimp).
    • Experience of maintaining brand design/tone of voice.
    • An analytical thinker, driven by KPIs and confident with Excel/Google Sheets.
    • Happy to take responsibility for delivery and be self-directed, you get things done.
