*Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £35 - 45k)* Growthonics works with some of the fastest-growing startups in the UK and Europe helping them grow and accelerate their sales growth more about us here.
We need enthusiastic account manager with an eye for detail to help look after and manage our client relationships. We work with some of the world’s most exciting B2B startups in order to improve and grow their outbound prospecting and sales process. The successful candidate will be part of an existing team to help build on the current growth.
Profile: 1-3 years sales experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Enthusiastic and hungry to learn Very organised Preferably Bachelor’s degree or higher
Key Responsibilities: Manage and convert pipeline of inbound/outbound leads (no cold calling) Identify and hunt proactively potential business clients Act as point of contact for your clients and grow their business with us Setting and tracking business and individual KPIs Closing new business
