Description:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive, who will be involved in the coordination and execution of marketing activities. An eye for detail, a flair for creativity and proficiency in design/creative software and applications are prerequisites for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities for the entire year
- General administrative duties, such as, but not limited to, liaising with suppliers and ensuring that marketing collateral are always sufficient and available
- Handle design-related tasks and ensure their timely submission
- Follow through closely with business partners / supplies / team members to meet project deadlines
- Liaise with event organisers to ensure smooth facilitation and delivery of outreach events, such as booking of event spaces and setting up of booths at the event grounds when required
- Manage our social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
- Prepare and deliver our weekly newsletter
- Produce and format documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Perform any other relevant tasks as instructed on an ad-hoc basis
Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant work experience in a Marketing role with experience in design
- Proficiency in design software for the production of materials for both online and print
- Reliable, proactive and willing to take initiative
- Attention to detail
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to perform basic research, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
- Outstanding organisational, interpersonal and time management skills
