職責：

負責旗下主要品牌 - Manta Sleep的品牌形象設計

職責包括：

• 優化與強化品牌視覺形象
• 規劃與創作網路媒材，包含：
• Email行銷視覺設計
• 社群媒體行銷視覺設計
• 產品發布與促銷活動視覺設計
• 官網視覺設計
• 監督平面相關印刷設計，包含：
• 印花圖樣與紡織品印刷
• 產品配色方案
• 包裝設計
• 領導團隊內平面設計師、平面攝影師、動態攝影師
• 確保作品皆符合品牌視覺形象
• 項目包含照片、圖片、影片、gifs

我們在尋找什麼樣子的人？：

有超強美感的人

你熱愛設計且洞悉時下視覺潮流。對於設計排版、比例協調、字體運用的搭配得心應手，且對色彩也有極高的敏感度。

有專業設計與管理經驗的人

至少3-5年全職帶領平面設計團隊的經驗，且是使用Adobe Illustrator和Photoshop的專家！

不放過任何細節的人

無論是工作或是生活，你都不放過任何細節。細心是這個職位一定要有的特質，也是Vansburg的核心價值之一。

擅長說故事的人

你擅長透過視覺設計與人對話，對於周遭人事物感到好奇，常思考如何透過設計傳達出你的訊息。你熱愛透過設計說故事，且藉由視覺設計和他人互動。

有條不紊的人

你做事很有條理且能一次處理不同的專案。即使排程緊湊，你也能夠確保每件事情的進度，在壓力下完成工作。

能順利完成事情的人

在你工作的過程中，我們會提供訓練與資源，但我們希望此一職位的人能主動並順利地完成專案。我們需要一位機敏、目標導向、有創意、堅持不懈且不需過多的指導就能完成目標的人。

主動且願意承擔責任的人

薪資待遇、福利等

薪資待遇：月薪 35,000 NTD - 60,000 NTD （依經驗核薪）

Your Responsibilities:

You are in charge of the visual identity for our primary brand, Manta Sleep.

Responsibilities include:

• Improve and strengthen the visual presence of our brand
• Plan and create digital design assets, including:
• Email marketing visuals
• Social media marketing visuals
• Product launch and discount campaign visuals
• Mantasleep.com website visuals
• Oversee the design of print graphics, including:
• Patterns and textile prints
• Product color palettes
• Packaging
• Guide and direct our graphic designers, photographers, videographers
• Ensure all assets produced are aligned with brand visuals
• Including photos, graphics, videos, gifs

Who Are We Looking For?:

Someone with a superb aesthetic sense

You are passionate about design and have a strong grasp of current visual trends. You have a great sense of layout, proportions, typography, and a keen eye for color.

Someone with professional experience

You have at least 3-5 years of full-time working experience as a Graphic Designer leading other designers on your team. Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a must.

Someone who has superb attention to details

You are someone who pays attention to every little detail – not only in your work but in everything you do. This is a must-have for this position, and a fundamental core value at Vansburg.

Someone who is a storyteller

Visual design is communication – and this comes naturally to you. You are curious about the people around you and always explore new ideas and concepts to get your message across to them. You are a creative storyteller who loves to interact with other humans through your designs.

Someone who is organized

You are highly organized and able to tackle multiple projects at once. You are able to keep track of things under tight schedules and stay in control under pressure.

Someone who can get things done

Training and resources will be provided in your journey, but ultimately we’re looking for someone who can take on a project and get things DONE. We need someone who is resourceful, goal-driven, creative, persistent, and can accomplish objectives without much hand-holding.

Someone who is proactive and eager to take on responsibility

In a small business environment, things come up, and problems need to be solved. If you are the kind of person who sits back and thinks “that’s not my responsibility,” then please don’t apply.

Someone who genuinely cares about others

If you are the kind of person that genuinely cares about others, and gives generously of your time and energy in helping others, then we want you on our team.

Salary, Benefits, Details

Salary Range: 35,000 - 60,000 NTD per month (depending on experience).

Bonus Program: Transparent & company-wide bonus program.

Starting Vacation Days: 14 days per year.

Insurance: Health & Labour.
