Your Role: You will be responsible for owning parts of the customer journey. You will be expected to be comfortable researching how we can improve our journey, propose ideas and work with other team members to bring them to life. You will have the chance to watch your ideas grow and see the impact they have on 100,000s of users. If you do your job well, you will be able to make peoples lives that little bit better.
You: Want to create frictionless experiences Sketch / Invision Adobe Creative Suite Can present your ideas / designs confidently Know how filter feedback properly Can use data and individual user feedback to craft experiences Can take an idea from a light bulb moment to fully implemented Strong writing skills (words are half the battle)
Bonus skills: Experience with print Experience working closely with development teams Data analysis skills HTML/CSS
