    What's the Job?

    We are seeking a Marketing Manager to work with some of GENFLOW’s exciting clients.
    This is an opportunity to work for a successful and exciting fitness-focused brand where you will work closely with the GENFLOW team and client as we handle everything from campaigns, influencer marketing, social strategies, podcast development and Ads strategies.
    The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive and can lead projects with minimum supervision. You enjoy taking ownership whilst having an entrepreneurial mindset to develop the brand from a marketing perspective. This role would suit a motivated individual, complemented with good organisational skills, ability to set priorities, be flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.

    What you'll do

    • Be an expert in all things marketing
    • Build creative campaign concepts from initial ideation to execution

    • Create a brand podcast strategy from concepts and guests to logistics and launch.
    • Setup and manage email marketing through Mailchimp
    • Send reports to clients
    • Work with the content team on building consistent and relative content for Ads
    • Brief and communicate regularly with a third-party PR agency
    • Manage the brand's influencer marketing strategy including creating campaign briefs, sourcing influencers, contracting influencers, reviewing and approving content, managing the budget and reporting on all campaign performance.
    • Manage a social media executive, overseeing and approving all content
    • Pin-point marketing opportunities for the brand in order to encourage growth and become a market leader within the fitness space

    What’s required
    **
    • 1 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Understanding of the fitness market and competitors within the fitness products and app space.
    • Experience of managing marketing for another online brand
    • Must have experience of influencer campaigns, influencer marketing and e-commerce businesses
    • What key metrics were achieved? Must be able to show exact examples from idea to launch. (growing followers from 200 – 3000 does not count or an email list)
    • Deep knowledge of influencers, influencer talent agencies and digital marketing
    • Understanding of online social media brands and what is happening in 2020**
