    Role Summary
    This isn’t just a job, nor is it your average marketing role.

    We’re looking for an experienced all rounder to play a pivotal role in helping us build the business and ultimately the SynergyMode brand.

    We want to encourage more businesses to take on board-level advisors because we believe it will increase their chances of succeeding. We need to be bold, stand out and take risks in our approach.

    As you’ve probably guessed, a major part of this role is content, but don’t worry, you’ll have an endless pool of insight to tap into. All our advisors (members) are eager to share their stories, backgrounds and careers with you. Your aim will be to amplify their insight, experience and expertise through a variety of formats (written, video, live Q&A sessions, interviews and podcasts).

    For this role you need to have strong experience in personal branding, either for yourself or others and be able to deliver bespoke sessions to each of our members to help them raise their game.

    Detailed Role Description

    Role Title: Marketing & Content Manager
    Reporting To: Founder
    Location: Central London

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the Founder to set and execute the marketing campaign across all channels including; website, email, social, paid online, and PR.
    • Deliver a personal branding session to our members.
    • Social media strategy and execution.
    • Copywriting and content management.
    • Email campaign management to both businesses and current/prospective advisor members.
    • Manage the design and production of promotional materials, such as events, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
    • Track and report on ROI driven marketing campaigns.
    • Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
    • Coordinate and market both internal and external events.

    About you

    • 3+ years’ Marketing experience.
    • Great understanding of personal branding and an ability to deliver exceptional sessions to our members.
    • You can work autonomously, are a self-starter and can come in and hit the ground running.
    • Experience developing and executing marketing strategies with a strong focus on digital, social and events.
    • You’ve successfully run marketing campaigns that have delivered significant measurable impact.
    • You’ve got bags of creativity, your passion and care are clear for all to see and you're always driving new ideas.
    • Superb copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Tech-savvy & experience in content production tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Figma, FCPX, Logic Pro all useful).
    • Have exceptional communication and critical thinking skills.
    • Entrepreneurial flair and ability to work in a startup environment.
    • A strong, well connected and active LinkedIn profile and you regularly engage - it’s our main social tool.
    • Strong problem-solving skills - breaking down complexity into bite-sized pieces.
    • Love creating new processes, improving things and challenging the status quo.

    We offer a competitive salary based on experience and benefits.
    Indicative base salary: £40 to £50k
