    With a number of high profile investors including Guy Hands (founder of Terra Firma) as well as the founders of Zoopla, Betfair, sofa.com and Achica, we have recently completed our Series A funding with a US based investor (Canvas Ventures) we are building out the team for the next stage of the business.

    As a natural communicator, you are confident working with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally and across diverse ranges of customers. You take immense pride in creating amazing end-to-end customer experiences and are process driven.

    Your role:
    A unique opportunity to make a real impact in a rapidly growing business, while working alongside and learning from our experienced and high-performing team. Working closely across multiple functions in the business, you will be the go-to person for solving customer queries and supporting sales with pre-order items. Each day will present a new challenge; one minute you could be talking to a leading furniture brand in Scandinavia; the next, supporting an emerging interior designer around the corner in trendy Clerkenwell.

    You will be the first point of contact for our customers, whether by phone, email or live chat. You'll be expected to communicate clearly and professionally with customers - and also with our internal teams - to resolve situations while navigating and prioritising multiple concurrent tasks. You’ll ensure customer support queries are handled quickly and efficiently, while being proactive in identifying opportunities that could be passed to the sales team.

    With a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset, you’ll provide valuable customer feedback to the product and customer experience teams. This role has been created for an ambitious, self-motivated individual who wants to make a significant difference in a fast growing startup.

    Your skills and experience:

    • Excellent verbal communication and written skills.
    • Great relationship-building and relationship-management skills.
    • Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage your time.
    • First class organisational skills.
    • Take delight in providing best in class customer service.
    • A great problem solver.
    • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably for a startup.
    • Experiencing using support tools such as Hubspot Service Hub, Intercom, Aircall etc.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office. And for bonus points, demonstrate an interest for interior design or have previous experience in the industry.
