    We are looking for a motivated HR Specialist to join our growing team!
    This role will have the opportunity to learn, be challenged, and grow.

    This person must be highly organized, enthusiastic, and able to wear multiple hats. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who wants to manage multiple aspects of running the office of a startup, help shape the team culture and work closely with the HR Manager.

    What You Will Be Doing:
    - Screening resumes
    - Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
    - Following up on the interview process status
    - Work with the HR team to organize new hire’s desk space needs & additional applications
    - Collaborate with Team Heads and HR Manager to acquire, build and develop talents
    - Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
    - Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
    - Familiar with Labor Laws and personnel policy regarding employment practices
    - Take on special projects as necessary
    - Completing timely reports on employment activity
    - Support other HR activities if necessary
    - Nurture the OpenNet office culture and environment to keep employees happy and productive.


    Requirements:

    - At least 2 years of full-function HR, recruitment experience is plus.
    - An interest in tech startups and marketing campaign
    - Excellent communication, organizational & time management skills
    - The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    - Good command in English.
