Data is eating the world… and you're the cookie monster! We are looking for outstanding data engineers to join our team. Procure Ai is all about data - extraction, enrichment and analysis!

Impact & Ownership

• Develop key components of our intelligent data platform for procurement in close collaboration with the Lead Architect Data Platform and our founding CTO
• Build scalable, serverless data ingestion pipelines from structured and unstructured data
• Combine data engineering with backend development to transform ingested data into our procurement data graph
• Shape the core of our solution and work closely with our customers

Requirements

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering or a related field
• You have worked a minimum of 3 years in Data engineering (or you're an outstanding grad from a top university)
• You are familiar with Python and/or JavaScript
• You have experience in building automated data ETL tools (e.g. AWS Glue, Apache Spark), quality assessment and data streams (e.g. Kinesis)
• You are a self-starter who is never satisfied with the status quo; you are always thinking of how to improve existing processes and you are open to new ideas presented by others
• You have keen judgment, make sound independent decisions, and know how to listen to others, prioritize issues and when to escalate matters Extra credits:
• You have experience with graph databases or graph implementations in NoSQL setups
• You have experience to assess data quality with ML based algorithms
