Your tasks:

• Data maintenance in Microsoft Dynamics Navision

• Preparation and implementation of monthly VAT declaration

• Account assignment and booking of running business transactions in accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Assistance in monthly and quarterly financial reports

• Invoice auditing according to legal regulations and internal guidelines

• Processing and accounting of (travel-) expense reports

• Assisting with processing accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Booking of credit card settlements

• Independent processing and posting of fixed assets

• Generating individual evaluations with Excel

You:

• We are looking for YOU to join our dedicated team as a financial accountant with very good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision for at least 32 hours per week.

• Have good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision

• Have completed a commercial, accounting qualification (Ausbildung) or are an accountant (IHK)

• Bring several years of professional experience in accounting

• Have experience with popular accounting software (Agenda, DATEV or similar)

• Have a structured and reliable way of working

• Use the Internet and the MS Office package confidently

• Speak German on a native level and have good English knowledge

• Are flexible and excited to work in a fast-growing start-up
