YOUR TASKS

As a Head of Finance at HOLOPLOT you will:

• Oversee the Financial Department and lead the team to achieve high performance
• Play a key role in the senior leadership team to facilitate and drive strategy
• Maintain and evolve HOLOPLOT’s strategic, operational, commercial and legal issues
• Develop budgets and KPI’s for the business in a highly commercial role
• Take on a range of ad hoc challenges aligned to business growth
• Drive the company’s financing strategy

*YOU BRING *

• Minimum 8-10 years of Financial control level experience, ready to step up in an FD role in a mid-size organisation
• Ideally qualification as ‘Big 4’ Certified Accountant with relevant experience in a technology and manufacturing company
• Strong experience in managing relationships with auditors, banks, investors, lawyers and suppliers
• Experience in investor relations to manage communication with investors and financing partners and drive the funding of the company
• Energy, motivation and interest in working in an entrepreneurial and fast-growing environment
• Flexibility and eagerness to learn quickly and driving good governance
• Accountability, excellence in what you are doing, as well as affinity to IT
• Fluency in German and English
