For our Berlin office we are looking for a Finance Manager to take a leading role in our finance team – the backbone of Finoa’s business. As a finance manager you will cover a wide range of activities, acting as the point of reference between accounting/treasury, controlling/reporting, regulation/compliance and investors relations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Work directly with our Founders to build an efficient and high performing Finance team to have a major impact on Finoa business performance
• Manage the day-to-day finance and accounting processes and become the point of contact for regulation & compliance enquiries
• Partner with other teams internally to gather and consolidate insights: develop actionable recommendations and support with financial analysis company/investor presentations
• Establish and foster contacts with investors: analyse and present financial trends and results, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business
YOUR PROFILE:
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Controlling / Audit or other related discipline
• You have minimum 2 years of previous working experience in an audit (Big 4) or consulting firm or in the financial services industry with specific experience in Accounting and Tax related positions
• You are reliable, self-motivated and a quick learner with exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving
• You are fluent in German and English – any other language is a plus!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas), Power Point, and Word
• You have a hands-on mentality, stress resistance as well as a willingness to take an active role in our fast-growing company
