What you will be working on:
developing and maintaining rails applications of different scales
creating and implementing application specs with our customers and stakeholders
making strategic design decisions, often with a high degree of autonomy
working closely with your colleagues in small teams
Whom we are looking for (formal requirements part one):
a senior full stack developer with 5+ years experience in Ruby on Rails
embracing a testing culture and practising TDD and code reviewing
you know how to work in teams, bonus if you led a team in the past
you can organise yourself and are familiar with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Mattermost, and Slack
you speak English or German fluently C1 level required
you already live in Berlin or close by ( we cannot take over costs for relocation, sorry)

Rails 3 - 6
PostgreSQL / Redis
Docker
Linux / MacOSX
deep knowledge of git
bonus if you know GraphQL
