Job description

Location: around Nanjing Fuxing MRT Station, Taipei City, Taiwan

Company target: USA, Great Europe, APAC

【Responsibility】

  • Handling day to day support and service requests from our business customers including Asian and Europe Financial institutional clients
  • Assisting for FIX connection, white- labels system questions and so on
  • Tracking and following up on bugs and issues with our developers
  • Maintaining the processes and tools required to get the job done
  • Working from 14:00(GMT+8) till 22:00 
  • Collaborating with team members in USA , Asia 

職務需求

【Requirements】

  • BS degree in CS, MIS or related technical field
  • 2+ years experience of customer technical support
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools (e.g., Java, Javascript, API)
  • Fluent level of English communication
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Awareness of industry's latest technology trends and applications
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast pace environment

【Preferred】

  • Knowledge of finance or expertise in the financial sector is a plus
  • Experience in FIX connection and trading protocols would be a plus
