Job Description:

Become an integral part of our business team. You will work together with our existing partners and establish, track, optimise and accelerate growth across new channels. This includes working closely with our product team to ensure that existing partners are happy with the provided service and develop deep relationships. Execute the deployment and ongoing growth of new partnerships in different countries - across different industries. The successful candidate will have experience in building a growing team, managing external relationships and driving cross-functional internal teams, be comfortable dealing with uncertainty and able to put structure to complex, unstructured product problems. The position works directly with the founders.

You will:

• Grow and manage our existing strategic partner relationships across different countries 
• Develop and execute Partnerships strategy to enhance and grow key payever products 
• Work closely with the product team and the founders to identify and engage potential partner to enhance our product functionality and distribution

You are:

• A creative and structured thinker and problem solver who can translate payever’s overall priorities into a cohesive partner strategy 
• A motivator of cross functional stakeholders, able to influence and direct team members and external partners in order to deliver on the defined partner strategy 
• A clear communicator that can articulate the strategy in a concise manner 
• Passionate product-minded leader focused on customer experience and outcomes 
• A metrics and results-driven leader

You have:

• University degree 
• Performance oriented nature 
• Working experience (internships are enough) from leading companies

Even better:

• Proven outstanding performance in or outside the University 
• Technical degree or product management experience
