What will you be doing?

- Planning sprints, releases and all other development activities, creating full project plans 
- Preparing specifications for new features in tickets and assigning them to team members according to priority 
- Supporting development processes and measuring team performance/efficiency 
- Testing new functionality on dev server and control pushing it on stage/live servers 
- Cooperating with ui/ux designers to prepare needed designs in time 
- Serve as a link between the project owners and team

What we expect you to have :

-Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position 
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum,Kanban), as well as Waterfall 
-Experience in managing teams of developers, planning sprints and roll-outs 
- A Proactive attitude and the ability to self-organize: We are a fast growing company and you will often be required solve problems as they arise 
-Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently, with teammates and supervisors alike communication skills (English) 
-Desire to be a part of an international team 
-On-time delivery and commitment to long term cooperation
