【Purpose of this Position】 

To build a solid, stable and robust network structure on both Intranet and Internet. And tuning and improve the stability of current network environment. 

【Major Areas of Responsibility】

 Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following: 

1. Monitor and improve the availability and utilization rate of network structure 

2. Control the user access and security of network environment 

3. Firewall policy review and tuning. 

4. Stabilize Internet / Intranet access worldwide. 

5. Work closely with out-sourced consultants and in-house project managers. 

6. Able to co-work with foreign IT staffs

【Minimum Job Requirements】 

1. Education: bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent 

2. Professional Certificates/Licenses: network related certifications are strongly desired 

Experience: 

(1) 5 years (or above) of network infrastructure management / administration. 3 years (or above) in firewall / information security management will be a plus 

(2) Experience in CISCO network design / management is a must 

(3) Experience in worldwide network structure management will be a plus 

3. Language: Fluent Chinese. Well reading/writing in English is preferred
