• Build a solid digital advertising plan for a global music brand, including media channels, target audience, creatives and copies.
• Manage and set up Google/YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, Amazon, and mobile app ad campaigns, from testing, scaling, optimization to reporting.
• Work with ad agencies to achieve marketing goals.
• Work with graphic designers, video editors and copywriters to generate compelling creatives.
• Stay on trend with new ad technologies and help roll out new initiatives.
• Grow with us and help improve our existing processes for ad campaign management.
• Monitor competitors' ad strategy and industry changes.

【我們需要這樣的你】

• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or advertising.
• 3+ years of digital advertising experience specifically in Google/Facebook Ads.
• Previous experience working in an ad agency environment and familiar with various ad types for different industries, such as mobile game, e-commerce platform, and FMCG.
• Good English copywriting and communication abilities.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Experience in the global market is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
• Familiarity with Amazon Ads is a plus.
