    Stamped.io is a Software-as-a-service platform that powers Reviews & UGC and Loyalty & Rewards for the biggest brands with a large presence in popular E-commerce platforms.

    Join the Customer Advocacy Team

    Our Advocacy team works to delight customers as often and as creatively as possible over email, video, phone and in-app messages and more. We’re always seeking to better understand and define what it means to deliver great support and customer success guidance.

    On a day-to-day basis you will:

    + Delight customers as often and as creatively as possible over email, video, phone, in-app messages, and more.

    + Provide solutions to customer queries, troubleshooting and fixing issues, as well as to guide customers with their navigation and utilisation of Stamped.io interface and features

    + Drive customer success with Stamped.io

    + Work closely with our Customer Quality team to share customer thoughts and feedback.

    + Collaborate with your team to work through customer challenges, signals and issues.

    + Grow as a technical support professional as you learn the ins and outs of the Stamped.io platform.

    Helpful skills and experience

    + Strong verbal and written English communication skills

    + Strong empathy and a feeling of joy in helping others

    + At least one year of experience in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) field

    + Experience working with customers in a customer support or success role

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills

    + Strong organizational and time management skills

    + Ability to work in a self-directed way

    + Love of a fast-moving environment

    + Basic knowledge in CSS/HTML & Javascript

    Salary: For this role, the range is $51k – $72k per year

    Stamped.io is a Software-as-a-Service platform designed for E-commerce businesses, and we have a large presence in popular E-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Bigcommerce, WooCommerce and Magento.


    Our 2 main products are:

    1) Reviews & UGC
    We help brands collect User-Generated Content (UGC) from their customers, such as:

    + Product Reviews,
    + Photos & Videos Reviews
    + Net Promoter Score surveys,
    + Instagram photos and more.

    The UGC can then be displayed via a selection of widgets throughout our user’s e-commerce site to increase social proof and thus, increasing sales and conversions.

    2) Rewards & Loyalty
    Helping brands build a successful Loyalty and Rewards points program, and this in turn builds a loyal customer base for our users.
