Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the sales and business development activities within appointed country and will further expand the presence in the Building & Construction industry market
· Provide solution to customers and their challenging projects
· Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products and services
· Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
· Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
· Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
· Providing pre-sales demonstrations and product education, and after-sales support services
· Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
· Train and Develop Associates
· Analyze Employee Sales Productivity to Make Strategy Decisions
· Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts
· Analysing costs and sales
· Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects
Skills & Qualifications:
· Min qualification Bachelor in Business, Marketing or related qualifications
· At least 5-10 years relevant sales experience in Building & Construction and Waterproofing industry
· A self-starter with a pro-active attitude in developing relationships, handling enquiries
· Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills and ability to build rapport
· Independent with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
· Proficient in Business English
