    OCUS is seeking a highly-experienced Head of Operations to structure and lead the APAC Ops organization, and scale revenue in the region across 12 different countries.

    The Head of Ops APAC will build a world-class team of project managers and customer success managers to ride our growth. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader with first-hand experience launching operations for European and/or US companies in the region, a process-oriented person, and a confident decision-maker who get satisfaction by helping our people develop and be productive. You will oversee the global delivery of the region to ensure an increasing revenue and our customer satisfaction. 


    MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    As a Head of operations for APAC, reporting to our Head of global operations, you will be accountable for delivering the region revenue plan by building a top performing Operations team and delivering the best quality product and services to our clients in the region. 

    Main missions will be : 

    • Define and roll-out a winning strategy to operate in APAC  
    • Audit and challenge our current operations
    • Define the best geographical implementation strategy to operate profitably 12 different APAC countries 
    • Hire and train top performers for Production and Customer Success Operations in the different regions
    • Align processes and performance tracking across the region to reach operational excellence 
    • Scale OCUS activity in the region
    • Be accountable for the company’s APAC revenue plan 
    • Optimize workflows & processes to increase productivity and performance 
    • Work collaboratively across the organization, including Sales, Marketing, Product and Quality Control 
    • Contribute to the overall company's strategy

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 10+ years of leadership experience in strategy and operations roles in enterprise technology companies and/or tech-forward startup environments across our key regions (EMEA, US & APAC). 
    • A proven track record scaling operations in new markets, defining strategic organization and initiatives, aligning local requirements with established global standards to deliver business results.
    • Attention to detail and data-driven decision-maker, analysis and reporting skills to effectively communicate assumptions, actionable recommendations and drive solutions at pace. 
    • A hands-on leader, comfortable working in ambiguity and adept at simplifying complexity. A natural decision-maker with strength in multi-tasking, problem-solving and issue-resolution with the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven work environment. 
    • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
