OCUS is seeking a highly-experienced Head of Operations to structure and lead the APAC Ops organization, and scale revenue in the region across 12 different countries.
The Head of Ops APAC will build a world-class team of project managers and customer success managers to ride our growth. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader with first-hand experience launching operations for European and/or US companies in the region, a process-oriented person, and a confident decision-maker who get satisfaction by helping our people develop and be productive. You will oversee the global delivery of the region to ensure an increasing revenue and our customer satisfaction.

As a Head of operations for APAC, reporting to our Head of global operations, you will be accountable for delivering the region revenue plan by building a top performing Operations team and delivering the best quality product and services to our clients in the region.
