This job is in ITRI's Information and Communication Research Labs (ICL).  Job responsibilities will include:

Technology development for IoT and wearable applications. It covers the design of the terminal (especially ARM-based microcontroller firmware; sensor algorithm; hardware control, such as touch sensing, graphic display, power management), common network communications (BT/BLE, ZigBee, WiFi, SIP, 802.11p), application software (Telematics, M2M, VOIP, video streaming), APP for iOS and Android, cloud distributed parallel computing, Predictive Analysis cloud management and service software development, in order to develop innovative IoT / Wearable applications.
 

Desired Qualifications

MS or above in: Electrical Engineering / Electronic Engineering / Communications / Telecommunications / Information and Computer Science, or related field, with related work experience.  Applicants should be innovative.  Desire or experience with startups preferred.
