Engineering Manager - Flip｜Meet.jobs

Main Resposibilities:

• Responsible for planning and product delivery of one or more engineering teams
• Responsible for the scalability, availability and performance of the products and services of the supervised team
• Responsible for the technology vision, system design and product and service architecture of the supervised team
• Mentoring younger engineers to instill engineering best practices
• Work closely with cross-division teams to achieve company goals

Requirements:

• Proven have managed teams that have shipped and operated critical infrastructure
• Have built secure server infrastructure that has scaled on AWS or other cloud providers 
• Have at least 5 years of engineering experience with proven management wins 
• Thrive on autonomy and have proven can push towards a goal by ownself 
• Able to communicate well across teams 
• Bonus points if have built payments infrastructure before
